Camden, NW1 – Five-Storey Residential Conversion & Full Refurbishment

Adam Renovations completed an extensive redevelopment of a five-storey residential building in Camden, NW1, involving a complete strip-out, major internal reconfiguration and conversion of the property into three high-quality residential flats.

The works began with the removal of the existing internal finishes and layouts, allowing the building to be comprehensively reconfigured to suit the new residential arrangement. Structural alterations were coordinated with the revised floor plans to maximise the available space and create practical, well-proportioned accommodation across the building.

The project included a complete internal fit-out throughout all three flats, with new kitchens, bathrooms, building services, finishes and associated joinery. High-specification materials were used across the development, including marble worktops, contemporary cabinetry and carefully detailed bathroom finishes.

Mechanical and electrical installations were renewed and coordinated with the new layouts, ensuring that the completed apartments combined modern services with a clean and consistent interior finish.

Delivering three separate residential units within an existing five-storey London property required careful sequencing of structural works, services, internal partitions and finishing trades. Particular attention was given to consistency between the apartments and the quality of the final detailing.
