Haringey, N22 – Two-Storey Garage & Basement Construction

Adam Renovations delivered the construction of a purpose-built two-storey vehicle storage building in Haringey, N22, incorporating a full basement level and providing dedicated parking and storage across multiple floors.

The project was designed to maximise the use of a constrained residential site through a compact vertical arrangement, creating substantial additional vehicle and storage capacity without requiring an excessive building footprint.

The construction involved significant excavation and below-ground works for the new basement, together with structural foundations, retaining elements and the main building structure. Careful sequencing was required to coordinate the excavation, structural works and subsequent above-ground construction safely and efficiently.

Above ground, the building was completed with a contemporary external finish designed to integrate with the surrounding property and landscaped garden. The internal areas were configured to provide secure and practical vehicle storage, with access and circulation coordinated across the different levels.
