Windsor & Maidenhead, SL3 – New Build House & Double Garage

Adam Renovations completed a substantial residential construction project in Windsor & Maidenhead, SL3, effectively rebuilding and transforming the existing property into a modern family home while retaining three walls of the original structure.

The project combined elements of new-build construction with the careful integration of the retained building fabric. Extensive structural works were required to form the new house, including reconstruction of the main envelope, new floors, roofing and the structural alterations necessary to accommodate the redesigned internal layouts.

A new double garage formed part of the development, providing additional secure parking and storage while being designed as an integrated element of the completed property.

Internally, the house was comprehensively fitted out with contemporary kitchens, bathrooms, mechanical and electrical services, flooring, decoration and high-quality finishes throughout. Large glazed openings were incorporated to maximise natural light and create a stronger relationship between the principal living spaces and the garden.

The project was delivered under a 28-week construction programme and required intensive coordination of structural works, building services and finishing trades. Significant progress was achieved during the early stages, with the majority of the new shell erected before first-fix mechanical and electrical installations commenced.

External works and landscaping completed the transformation, creating a modern residential setting around the newly reconstructed house.
