Wembley, HA0 – Rear Extension & Full House Refurbishment

Adam Renovations completed a comprehensive full-house refurbishment and rear extension project in Wembley, HA0, delivering a complete transformation of the existing family home over a 24-week construction programme.

The works began with a full internal strip-out followed by extensive structural alterations and reconfiguration of the existing property. New timber floors were installed together with associated structural works, creating the basis for the redesigned internal accommodation.

A new rear extension formed a major part of the project, incorporating high-performance glazing, bi-fold doors and rooflights to maximise natural light and create a stronger connection between the new living space and rear garden. GRP flat roofing was installed as part of the extension works.

Internally, the property was completely refurbished with upgraded electrical and plumbing installations, new finishes and bespoke joinery throughout. A new Howdens kitchen and utility area were installed as part of the wider ground-floor transformation, creating a contemporary and practical family living environment.

The project also included extensive external improvements, including new fencing, composite decking and construction of a new retaining wall to the front of the property.

The completed works transformed the original house into a modern, highly functional family home with substantially improved living accommodation, upgraded services and a contemporary rear extension.
