Streatham, SW16 – Four New Build Homes & Mixed-Use Redevelopment

Adam Renovations delivered a substantial mixed-use redevelopment in Streatham, SW16, transforming a vacant public house and adjoining land into a combination of new residential accommodation and refurbished hospitality space.

A major element of the scheme was the construction of four new-build houses on land to the rear of the existing property. The development created additional residential accommodation while making effective use of an underutilised London site.

The existing pub building was retained and prepared for occupation by an established operator, allowing the ground-floor commercial use to continue as part of the completed development.

At upper-floor level, the existing accommodation was converted and refurbished for use as an apart-hotel. The works involved reconfiguration and internal refurbishment to create modern guest accommodation capable of being operated independently from the pub below.

The project therefore combined new-build residential construction with the regeneration and repurposing of an existing building, creating several complementary uses within a single development.
