Greenwich, SE7 – Rear Kitchen Extension & Full Refurbishment

Adam Renovations completed a substantial residential refurbishment project in Greenwich, SE7, centred around a new single-storey rear kitchen extension designed to increase the usable ground-floor space and create a stronger connection between the house and garden.

The rear extension formed a new contemporary kitchen and living area, incorporating extensive glazing to maximise natural light and open the property towards the external space. The works included the associated building and structural works required to integrate the new extension successfully with the existing house.

An integrated below-deck storage area was incorporated into the scheme, making efficient use of the available space and providing additional practical storage without compromising the appearance of the finished extension.

The extension formed part of a wider refurbishment of the property. Adam Renovations carried out comprehensive internal renovation works, coordinating the new kitchen, finishes, building services and alterations throughout the existing accommodation to create a consistent and modern interior.

External landscaping works were also completed as part of the project, allowing the newly extended ground floor and garden to function as one cohesive residential space.
