Barnet, N11 – Rear House Extension & Full Refurbishment

Adam Renovations completed a substantial rear house extension and comprehensive residential refurbishment in Barnet, N11, transforming the existing property into a brighter, more spacious and functional family home.

The rear extension significantly increased the usable ground-floor living space and created a stronger connection between the house and garden. Large areas of glazing bring natural light deep into the property and provide uninterrupted views towards the landscaped rear garden.

The existing ground-floor layout was extensively reconfigured to create a more open-plan arrangement incorporating contemporary kitchen, dining and living spaces. Internal alterations were carefully coordinated with the new extension so that the original house and new construction function as one cohesive living environment.

The project also included refurbishment of the external elevations, upgrading both the front façade and rear of the property as part of the wider transformation.
