Wandsworth, SW19 – 9-Flat New Build Development

Adam Renovations delivered a substantial new-build residential development in Wandsworth, SW19, comprising nine new apartments within a purpose-built three-storey building.

The scheme provided a mix of seven three-bedroom flats and two two-bedroom flats, creating high-quality residential accommodation across the development. The completed apartments incorporated contemporary kitchens, bathrooms and internal finishes, with the layouts designed to provide practical and comfortable modern living spaces.

The building also incorporated front and rear balconies, providing private external amenity space to the residential units. Careful coordination was required between the building structure, external envelope, internal accommodation and balcony construction to ensure the various elements of the development were integrated successfully.

The wider project included associated landscaping together with secure cycle storage and refuse facilities, ensuring the completed development provided the supporting infrastructure expected of a modern London residential scheme.

Delivering a multi-unit new-build development required the coordination of numerous construction stages and trades, from the main building works through to internal fit-out, finishes and external works.
