Islington, N5 – Rear Extension & Basement Flat Refurbishment

Adam Renovations completed a comprehensive redevelopment of a basement flat in Islington, N5, combining a new single-storey rear extension with extensive internal refurbishment and major upgrades to the property’s building services.

The rear extension was designed around a distinctive pitched glazed roof, bringing significantly more natural light into the new living space and creating a stronger connection between the interior and rear garden.
