Hammersmith & Fulham, SW6 – Roof Extension, Additional Floor & Flat Conversion

Adam Renovations completed the substantial redevelopment of an existing residential building in Hammersmith & Fulham, SW6, combining major roof-level alterations with comprehensive internal refurbishment and the creation of additional residential accommodation.

The project included construction of a new rear roof extension together with a new second-floor level, increasing the usable floor area of the existing property and allowing the building to be reconfigured more efficiently.

A key element of the scheme was the creation of a new self-contained two-bedroom flat. The accommodation required extensive internal remodelling, new layouts, associated building services and a complete high-specification fit-out to create a modern and functional residential unit.

The new upper-floor and roof extensions had to be carefully integrated with the existing structure and building fabric. Coordination between structural works, roofing, internal partitions, services and finishes was essential to ensure the additional accommodation formed a cohesive part of the original property.

The wider redevelopment included comprehensive refurbishment of the existing internal areas, modernising the property and improving its overall layout, functionality and presentation.

The completed scheme delivered additional residential floor space and a new two-bedroom apartment while upgrading the existing building throughout.
