Ealing, W5 – HMO Conversion, Loft Extension & Full Refurbishment

Adam Renovations completed the acquisition and redevelopment of a dilapidated residential property in Ealing, W5, transforming the building through planning, extension works and comprehensive refurbishment into high-quality HMO accommodation.

Following acquisition, a development strategy was prepared to maximise the potential of the existing property. Planning permission was secured for a new loft extension and entrance porch, increasing the usable accommodation while improving the functionality and appearance of the house.

The property underwent a complete internal refurbishment, including extensive strip-out, new layouts, upgraded building services, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, joinery, decoration and associated finishing works throughout.

The loft works created valuable additional accommodation at roof level and were carefully integrated with the existing property. Internal spaces were subsequently configured to provide practical individual rooms together with the shared facilities required for HMO use.

The completed development transformed a previously dilapidated property into fully refurbished residential accommodation serving the local rental market. The property has subsequently been retained as a long-term rental investment.
