Ealing, W4 – Rear Extension & Full House Refurbishment

Adam Renovations completed a comprehensive residential refurbishment and extension project in Ealing, W4, transforming the existing property through a new rear extension, extensive internal reconfiguration and upgrades throughout the house.

The rear extension created a larger and more practical ground-floor living environment, improving the relationship between the kitchen, dining and living areas while introducing significantly more natural light into the property. Large glazed openings were incorporated to strengthen the connection between the interior and rear garden.

Internally, the house was extensively remodelled with new layouts, upgraded finishes and a contemporary fitted kitchen incorporating new cabinetry, worktops and appliances. The refurbishment was coordinated to create a consistent modern finish across both the new extension and the existing accommodation.

A bespoke timber staircase formed an important architectural feature within the property, requiring careful coordination with the surrounding structure, finishes and internal layout.

The project also included upgrades to the electrical installation, new sanitaryware and associated plumbing works. Roof works included a cold-deck dormer construction, while structural provisions were incorporated to allow for a potential future loft conversion.

The completed project delivered a substantially improved family home with additional living space, modernised interiors and infrastructure prepared for further development.
