Perivale, UB6 – House Extension, Flat Conversion & Full Refurbishment

Adam Renovations completed a comprehensive residential redevelopment in Perivale, UB6, involving the extension, full refurbishment and conversion of an existing house into multiple residential flats.

The project was delivered as a complete design and construction service, including planning coordination, structural calculations, technical drawings, interior design and the full building works required to transform the original property.

The existing house was extensively stripped out and reconfigured to create new residential layouts, with structural alterations and extension works increasing the usable accommodation and allowing the property to be divided into separate modern living spaces.

Internally, the development included new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, decoration, joinery and upgraded mechanical and electrical services throughout. The individual flats were finished in a clean, contemporary style with practical layouts designed for modern residential use.

The project required careful coordination between the planning, structural and construction stages, ensuring the proposed layouts, building alterations and new services could be successfully integrated within the existing property.
