Croydon, CR2 – Conversion into Two Semi-Detached Homes

Adam Renovations completed the subdivision and comprehensive redevelopment of an existing residential property in Croydon, CR2, creating two separate semi-detached two-bedroom homes.

The project involved extensive internal reconfiguration to divide the original property into two fully independent dwellings, with new layouts designed to provide practical, modern accommodation for each home.

Rear extensions were constructed to increase the usable ground-floor living space, improving the size and functionality of the new residential units while creating stronger connections between the interiors and their respective gardens.

Each property was provided with its own private rear garden, with external works coordinated as part of the wider redevelopment to create clearly defined and usable outdoor areas for both homes.
