Brent, NW10 – New Build Luxury Residential Property

Adam Renovations worked alongside Brompton Cross Construction on the delivery of a substantial new-build residential property in Brent, NW10 for a private client.

Our involvement included demolition of the existing structure followed by extensive construction works associated with the new residence. The project required coordination across multiple trades and construction stages, progressing from the initial demolition and structural works through to internal fit-out and final finishes.

The completed property was delivered to a high residential specification, incorporating bespoke interior detailing, decorative finishes, fitted kitchens and bathrooms, extensive joinery and carefully finished living spaces throughout.

The design combined traditional and highly decorative interior features with modern residential accommodation. Particular attention was given to workmanship, detailing and the coordination of finishes across the property to create a consistent high-quality result.

External works and landscaped garden areas formed part of the completed development, complementing the new building and creating a fully finished residential environment for the client.
