Our project managers, site managers and established trades undertake house extensions, complex structural alterations and complete refurbishments. Send us your architect's drawings or tender pack. We'll review the proposed works, discuss what you want us to supply and arrange a site visit where appropriate. We then prepare a detailed construction quotation.

Extend and open up the existing house to create a kitchen, dining and living area that works together. Layout, structural openings, daylight and the positions of services are important decisions.

What will your extension actually cost?

The only reliable price is one based on your own property and specification.

We don't quote an arbitrary square-metre rate and pretend it applies to every home. Groundworks, structure, access, glazing and the level of finish can change a project budget dramatically.

A straightforward extension using economical products may sit at the lower end. Complex structural alterations, bespoke glazing, premium kitchens and high-end finishes can take a project well beyond the upper example.

What you get from us: a detailed, project-specific quotation with defined scope, inclusions, exclusions and agreed responsibilities for client-supplied items. If the design exceeds your budget, we can explore practical value-engineering options.

Planning approved? You're not necessarily ready to build.

Planning permission usually establishes what may be built. It does not automatically provide the technical drawings, engineering, approvals and specification needed to construct it. We can identify the missing pieces and coordinate them with your own consultants or ours.

Building Regulations & engineering

Construction drawings, structural calculations, foundation details and Building Control arrangements suitable for the proposed work.

Agreements & drainage

Party Wall matters where relevant, existing drains, sewer build-over requirements, applicable planning conditions and utility capacity.

Products & procurement

Agree the glazing, kitchen, finishes, fixtures and other long-lead items early enough to plan orders and installation properly.
