We focus on the interfaces before manufacture: what the finished opening will actually be, where the services sit, what the floor build-up does to the height, and how adjacent materials terminate.

Some materials leave no second chance.

Large-format stone, fabricated vanity pieces, specialist sanitaryware, concealed cisterns, underfloor heating, waterproofing, bespoke shower glass and precision brassware make premium bathrooms technically unforgiving spaces.

Stone may need to be dry-laid, vein-matched, templated and fabricated before installation. The supporting structure and services therefore have to be right first.

BESPOKE JOINERY

Made to fit the architecture, not the other way around.

Bespoke joinery can define an entire room. It also depends on accurate walls, floors, ceilings, services and openings. We coordinate the builder's work around specialist manufactured packages so the finished installation looks intentional rather than adapted.

PRIVATE ROOMS

The quieter the room looks, the more coordination may be concealed within it.

Principal bedrooms and private suites can combine bespoke wardrobes, integrated lighting, concealed air conditioning, AV, acoustic measures, specialist doors, decorative finishes and carefully aligned ironmongery. The objective is for the technology and construction to disappear into the architecture.

What you see at the end depends on what happened behind the walls.

A beautiful finish is only possible when structure and services were coordinated before the surfaces closed. The invisible work determines ceiling heights, joinery depths, lighting locations, room comfort and whether the finished architecture remains clean.
